Tiffany joined the Roby Family of Companies in October 2019.  Born and raised in Concord, NC, Tiffany graduated from Meredith College.  Prior to joining the company, she worked as the Human Resources Manager for Overhead Door Company of Charlotte for 9 years, and then ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems for an additional 2 years.
