This renovation breathed new life into a classic home in one of Charlotte's finest neighborhoods. Andrew Roby performed extensive work on the house that optimized the house's design for a large family. We added a new entrance complete with lockers, benches and sport closets that fed into an updated computer workstation. The kitchen was redesigned, adding spaces for food prep, cooking and clean-up. The mater suite also absorbed a second-floor bedroom to provide a true master bath, walk-in closets and a laundry.
