The exterior façade and veneer was designed with a combination of ageless products. This included the hand-crafted brick veneer, limestone entrance and bollards, copper accents, and wrought iron fencing and gates. Each of these products requires premium craftsmanship and orderly management to resonate with an educated observer. The interior was designed to achieve the efficiency and functionality of urban living, but with the quality and architecture of a residence of the early twentieth century statesman. Arches and radiuses are ever-present from the front entry, to the grand stair, through to the dining wall. Also, the woodwork was designed for detail from the custom library panels, to the many ceiling beams, doorway pilasters, and flush inset cabinet construction.
