A new Master Bedroom Suite takes advantage of the exquisite backyard views and also creates a new Office, upgraded Guest Bath, Master Walk in Closet and open Master Bath out of the existing guest bedroom and bath. Adding a Covered Porch created a more cohesive backyard living area which also enhanced the rear façade.
