This was a complete renovation in the most difficult space - a high-rise building. Andrew Roby completely transformed the master suite, expanding the master bath, increasing closet space and installing a new office with custom cabinets and shelves. The kitchen was fully integrated into the flow of the house with a new breakfast bar and pantry. With contemporary details like custom cabinets and a custom back splash, the kitchen is a true showcase. Meanwhile, the limitations of the high-rise building - concrete floor, limited access - challenged the Roby team to hide all the details of the extensive renovation and deliver some of the company's very finest work.
