The goal of this project was to create an inviting space that could be enjoyed by the family and used for entertaining. Initially, the uninviting basement had numerous useless closets, dated finishes and fixtures, a HVAC lacking functionality and dropped soffits taking up most of the ceiling space. After the Andrew Roby remodeling process was complete, a kitchenette bar and new wine cellar was created, with cork flooring, granite countertops and bold cabinetry installed. What was an uninviting basement rarely occupied, is now a fun gathering place for family time and entertaining friends.
