Roby fully restored a Nationally Registered Historic Victorian house, making it fully functional by today's standards while preserving its historical character. In addition to updating all basic systems (HVAC, plumbing, wiring), Roby installed energy-efficient windows. All carpet was removed, replaced with original antique heart pine flooring and heart pine paneling and woodwork was restored and replaced as well. The finished product is a comfortable, modern law office that looks completely period-authentic while meeting the exacting specifications of the National Register.
