Andrew Roby was tasked with building a detached garage with guest quarters that had to blend in flawlessly with the existing home. By building an antique paver patio, installing an iron fence and modeling the exterior on the home - first-floor brick, second-floor cedar shingles - the garage looks as if it has been there the whole time. Inside the structure, however, oak handrails, custom cabinets and stone bathroom features provide all the comfort and style of a contemporary home. -Photos courtesy of Neffworks Photography
