Andrew Roby converted an unused attic space into a first-class exercise area and closet area. Working in very tight space with the only access coming through the home, Roby outfitted both spaces with luxurious details - birch panels in the exercise room, a bathroom with faux-concrete countertops, mosaic stone walls and body sprays in the shower. Roby also added over 40 recessed lights and two skylights in its transformation of the unfinished space.
