This project made a family's outdoor-living vision a reality. By enclosing an existing breezeway - adding heat, a gardening center and laundry equipment - Roby created a dramatic but functional extension of the house. The Roby team went to great lengths to match the stone veneer of the new construction with the original, locating the original owner of the house and tracking down the original supplier of the stone. New French doors lead to a renovated terrace with a new pergola and two pairs of Doric columns. Inside, a new wine center replaced an unused desk.
