By installing period details like random-width cedar siding, beaded ceilings and crown moldings as well as classic iron rails, Andrew Roby erected a new guest house that marked the culmination of a long renovation of a historic home. The unusual lot presented access challenges and Roby had to work closely with utilities to make room for the new structure but in the end, the house was a "Historically Approved Project."
