Andrew Roby converted a garage into a family room and in the process, opened up the flow of a house, restructuring it around a new kitchen and outdoor space. On the first floor, the new family room connected the kitchen with a pool deck and a new porch. Meanwhile, Andrew Roby finished the entire attic and installed a new staircase. The old garage was replaced with a new three-car garage that included a pool house, guest suite and an outdoor bar and grill.
