Andrew Roby expanded the first floor of a newly purchased home, dramatically improving the flow of the first floor. Roby opened up the kitchen, added a mud room and built a covered outdoor seating area. Roby completely rebuilt a part of the first floor due to some haphazard renovations from previous owners. Meanwhile, all new construction was engineered to support a planned second-floor expansion.
