Andrew Roby helped to create a new garage / pool room that stretched the definition of "multi-functional." The owner wanted a space for two cars, complete with overhead doors, but also wanted it to function as a covered lounging area for the pool. Roby responded by building a luxurious garage with a half-bath, vaulted ceilings, stained concrete floors, beaded wainscoting and wiring for TVs and surround sound. A covered porch with an outdoor shower, however, lies just through sliding glass doors at the back of the garage.
