A true showcase of Andrew Roby's strengths - meticulous planning, precise engineering and quality craftsmanship. Roby renovated nearly 75% of a house while the residents lived there. Due to a small lot and footprint, Roby worked under tight restrictions, renovating the kitchen, adding a dormer that contained a large new master bath, "his and hers" work spaces, and laundry facilities - all while maintaining attic storage space. A new covered rear porch was also added.
