A house blessed with a spectacular vantage point on a golf course couldn't take advantage of it - until Andrew Roby got involved. Roby replaced a back deck that was never used because of its exposure to the sun with a terrace. A portion was covered with a fireplace that shielded the deck from the course while preserving the views. Meanwhile, a new hot tub was installed alongside a new brick wall. The project turned an eyesore into the most used and intriguing part of the house.
