This was a truly exciting project. Andrew Roby built a new garage / guest quarters and a spectacular wine cellar to complement a noted Historic Landmark home. The garage and guest quarters were functional yet stylish, seamlessly blending into the existing property. The wine cellar, designed to look as if it had been transported intact from Europe, allowed us to show our commitment to craftsmanship and fine materials. It required extensive excavation and precise waterproofing, then, Roby imported stone and hand-crafted tile from Spain, installing it on a mud base. The finished product is truly outstanding adding space for cars, visitors and a breath-taking wine cellar.
