This project doubled the living space of the home with a masterful basement renovation. Andrew Roby converted the previously renovated basement into a luxury master suite by relocating heating system and ductwork which added 10 inches to the ceiling height and opened up the basement. The highlights of the job are the custom bathroom, closet and make-up cabinetry and a new masonry wall with a Flemish bond brick pattern.
