Andrew Roby created a large, comfortable indoor/outdoor space for entertaining. The new addition featured a white carrera marble floor, pecky cypress ceiling, and a wet bar with eight double French doors that open to a large Pennsylvania bluestone terrace. With a flat roof and a concrete slab floor, the project required special ventilation design to prevent condensation issues. In the end, the family got a first-class entertainment area that doubled as a perfect showcase for their art collection.
