Andrew Roby teamed with the homeowner and architect to turn a dilapidated deck into a functional space and a showpiece for passing vehicles and pedestrians. This new screen porch is one-of-a-kind in design and construction. It has antique pine tongue-and-groove flooring, copper bronze screening, and a twenty-foot ceiling structure with dynamic beams. The room is now an essential part of the house.
