Andrew Roby is an expert in kitchen renovation and it shows in this project. We removed a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and a living room so the rooms could flow together. A new hood vent over the island required reframing the ceiling but added visual interest and a natural break in the new, larger space. Then, we installed mahogany cabinets with frosted glass to balance the home owner's contemporary tastes with the more traditional look of the home.
