Bobby Reid

Reid is a wonderful asset to our Roby team. He married his wife in 2009 and has 3 lovely children.

Office Manager

Brenda Livingston

Andrew Roby’s office manager Brenda Livingston has been with the company since 1981. Brenda has been married to her husband, Buddy, for over 40 years. Together they have one child and two grandchildren. Brenda is an active member of University Hills Baptist Church where she serves as the wedding coordinator. She is the daughter of the late Glenn Haston.

Drywall Specialist

Dave Fetter

Fetter moved from Niagara Falls, NY to Charlotte and joined our Roby family. He has been married to wife Cheryl for 23 years and they have three girl. Dave loves football and is a dedicated Panthers fan.

Carpenter Apprentice

Michael Hunt

Hunt is a native Charlottean and graduated from Myers Park High School in 2003. He is a lover of all sports, and he plays football and basketball regularly.

Data Clerk

Marie Rich

Marie Rich is another Charlotte native. She graduated from Harding High School in 1960. Marie is the mother of three children and grandmother to eight grandchildren. When she is not working in the office Marie loves to travel & dance.

Leroy Oates

Part of our team since 1953.

Oates was born in 1938 in Charlotte, N.C. His wife of many years is Orrie, and he has three grown children: Leroy Jr, Gayle and Rhonda. He started with Andrew Roby in 1953, at age fifteen, working as a mason’s helper. Today, he is Andrew Roby’s longest-serving associate. Known for his work ethic and steady determination, Oates is the embodiment of Andrew Roby’s mission. He continues to work full-time and is a mentor to every member of the Andrew Roby team.

Carpenter

Ken Richey

Ken Richey came to Charlotte from Oklahoma. He has been married to wife Donna for 18 years and is the father of four children. Ken is an avid soccer player and coach of little league football & wrestling. He has worked in the construction industry since a teenager and attended CPCC where he earned his certification in blueprints & estimation.

David Anderson

A Rock Hill, S.C., native, Anderson graduated from Northwestern High School and has been with Andrew Roby for 16 years. His wife, Wendi, is a photographer with Fort Mill Photography and they have one daughter, Kari. Anderson likes to hike and fly fish.

Project Superintendent

Carl Locklear

A native of Pembroke, Locklear can be found outdoors when he's not working. He is an enthusiastic hunter, fisherman and camper.

Tony Troisi

Born and raised in Atlanta, Troisi attended Cross Keys High School and DeKalb Community College. He is an avid poker player.

Ricky Robinson

Part of our team since 1975.

Robinson and his wife, Wendy, raised six kids and now they have two grandchildren. When he's not working, you can find him riding horses. Robinson grew up in York, S.C., and is an alum of York Comprehensive High School.
